Volunteer - Coach

Volunteer coaches are needed for every team. Each team needs 2-3 volunteers to coach. This position is responsible for softball instruction and coaching during practices and games. Knowledge and awareness of softball skills and rules are needed but not fully required as the rules for each level are available on the TCSA website. The skills and techniques for practices can be learned and developed as well through assistance of other TCSA coaches. Team coaches are required to facilitate communication between all players and will have the assistance from the Coaches Agent for any questions or concerns that arise throughout the season.
